How the Otto Club works
What is the Otto Club all about?
Every month, we offer exclusive, limited edition and numbered designs that are only available through the Club. The club operates on a pre-order system: the models of the month are unveiled at the beginning of each period, and delivery takes place approximately 15 days after the order is placed. For example, at the beginning of January 2026, you will be able to view the list of models for January before receiving them at your home approximately two weeks later. In February, we will present the February models before shipping them two weeks later, and so on.
- 1st of each month: announcement of new Club items
- 10th of the month: order and payment deadline
- End of the month: shipping
What models are available in the club?
The club's new releases consist of five new miniatures per month, often divided into four civilian models and one rally model.
Why use a pre-order system?
As all our models are numbered and limited edition, the pre-order system ensures you can purchase our models.
How do I pre-order my models?
There are two options:
- Create your account and place your order directly online
- OR -
- Fill in the order form opposite and send it back to us by email or post
How can I pay for my orders?
There are several ways to pay for your purchases:
- Credit card (directly from your online customer account)
- Bank transfer (include your customer number and order number in the reference field)
- Cheque (send payment before the 10th of the month, with your customer number and order number written on the back)
- Direct debit, contact our customer service department
When will I receive my order?
Pre-orders for club models are shipped 15 days after your order has been confirmed. Information is regularly updated on the website to keep you informed of the delivery date.
