The Peugeot 304 is an extended version of the 204. This sedan, shorter than a 504, was offered from 1970 in a “Coupé” version with a hatchback trunk. The S variant adds a touch of sportiness to the little lion. Launched in March 1972, this S version (for Sport) featured an 80-horsepower engine! A true 1970s French pocket rocket. Despite its qualities and very appealing looks, the model was withdrawn from the catalog after just three years, making the 304 S Coupé highly sought after by collectors—especially in this unmistakably seventies yellow!
